I just started learning martial arts a few months ago, and these are my second pair of nunchucks. I also have the foam ones. I received a pair of the plastic ones today, and so far I like them the best. They are easier to catch and twirl, and they don't hurt if you hit yourself. Anyway, I am very pleased with this product so far! Permalink

these nunchucks are extremely light weight, easy to use, no worries about hurting yourself/others. They're fun to mess around with and won't do more than inflict small bruises. if you already know how to use the nunchuck, buy some real ones! If not, these will be a non impact way of picking up some practice. Permalink
