I bought the 12in chuck. Great for beginners or intermediate. Builds good wrist strength and delivers a good WHACK!!! The chain is a little noisy but it sounds cool. Highly recommended!!!

These nunchucks are much lighter than they appear, almost white wood. They're thicker than a lot, but it doesn't hinder the user too much. These ball bearings are a bit noisy. but all in all they move smoothly, and weight just enough to increase wrist strength.

I really like this item alot. The round design makes gripping easier, and the ball bearing chain allows me to move the speedchuck faster than ones conected by string. I recommend this for anyone who loves martial arts weapons.
