I would recommend investigating concealed weapons laws in your state Exarion. However it does indeed collapse to a manageable size.

The best non-lethal sword!!
This sword is perfect for training! The blade collapses to about an inch, which makes the whole thing super easy to carry. It comes with a cap that keeps the blade in and it also comes with a small leather carrying case that has a little belt loop to hang on your belt or anything you can strap it to! The blade is made of steel and is very durable, but be careful of making contact with solid objects because the sword is hollow. It's very light and has a metal handles that has an easy grip. The only bad thing is the tassels. They fall off after a few days of training, but it's no worry because it's easy to tie back. It's kind of better without them anyways! You're missing out if you buy any other training sword but this!!
