This is a great mouth guard for everyone. It was extremely easy to size even if you normally wear partials. Remove them when sizing and it will fill in the space. lol I have not been hit in the mouth with it yet but I am not worried it will hold up I am sure.

This is a very good bag for your gear. It is just the right size for the basic sparring equipment and uniforms.
