Good Bo staff. Weight varies because I have used many of these same exact staffs. This is a rattan bo without the skin of the rattan wood. In general this staff is lighter than the rattan bo's with the skin on them. The rattan skin bo's do not get dented as easily as these. Takes a very good beating but, it gets dented very easily, that's the only downside about it. Both types of bo's (rattan bo w/skin and w/out skin) have their ups and downs. I recommend this staff to parishioners of all ages. Very good bo.

These shoes are great! They have great grip and are extremely comfortable. Very light at that too. They take some getting used to, but with enough use, they should be your practice shoes for life! These are the shoes to get.

Very good practice sword. I recommend it to anyone who wants to build up their striking power and to anyone who wants to increase speed with a sword. The only problem I had was that the hand guard slips off occasionally. Overall, good sword to build up things.

Very good quality. Excellent grip for the ground and very light. I give it three stars because they aren't the ''perfect fit.'' I ordered the appropriate size but, they still would not fit properly. Other than that, they should be excellent for practice.

Very speedy, light, and silent in movement. The ultimate in practice nunchuks. They are very durable. I've hit them around a lot and they are in prime condition. The only thing that wears away is the dragon logo. Keep practicing with them, and they will be mastered in no time. I give it a 4 star rating because the foam slides off occasionally (with repetitive use).
