The Big Skidless mat towel provides you with a large, comfortable gripping surface and enables you to practice Yoga without having to worry about your mat slipping. When combined with a sticky mat an even stronger non-slip surface is created. The Big Skidless also make a great blanket of savanasa, or a meditation shawl. The special rubber dimples on the reverse side stimulate pressure points underneath the skin and work to increase blood flow which will facilitate the removal of lactic acid from the muscles, making a more comfortable workout.
