| Perfect Push up
There's a new fitness fad every week and I've avoided most of the infomercials I saw. This looked simple enough... They are sturdy and because I'm not destroying my wrists or even knuckles, I can do far more. I think the biggest gain is because you can go deeper, stretching your chest and really working your shoulders. I'm not completely following the regimen but I'm seeing my arms getting bigger. Hasn't done anything for my stomach as of yet.
